About me
Hi there, I’m Cheyenne Morin. I help in-house marketing teams find their rhythm so they can expand their reach.
I live at the intersection of order and empathy. Precision and collaboration. Structure and authenticity.
Before Rhythm & Reach, I had a 12-year career in marketing for teams of all sizes. I wore many marketing hats as a creative, strategist, producer, and project manager. My experience in a variety of types of roles gives me a vital understanding of workflows from many different points of view.
No matter what my role was, I always naturally found myself volunteering to build workflow systems for my team. I’ve seen time and time again first-hand how systems that are custom-built for the team using it transforms work from haphazard and chaotic to clear and predictable.
I started Rhythm & Reach to help even more in-house teams reach their full operational potential.
My superpowers
Stabilizing. I’m uniquely gifted at creating order out of chaos. My energy has been described as “calming” and “unflappable.”
Consistent. I believe that when standards are uniformly defined and metrics are clear, the real growth can begin.
Disciplined. I bring structure, process, and order to your team's work habits and project execution. (I’m a rare breed: Only 7% of the 18+ million individuals who have taken the CliftonStrengths assessment have Discipline in their Top 5 strengths.)
Detail-Oriented. I catch errors others miss and identify potential issues or "holes" before they become large problems.
Empathic. Relating to others comes naturally to me. I can put myself in the shoes of others to design systems that will work for them.
Nurturing. Recognizing and cultivating the potential in others brings me joy.
Equitable. I treat everyone with the same respect and kindness regardless of title or status.
My Approach
My work is guided by the following pillars:
Human-centered design.
I believe in the importance of systems that are built for real humans. A workflow management system is only as good as how it’s being used, so it’s vital that the system is designed in a way that feels natural for its users.
Optimization through understanding.
I always start any engagement with an in-depth interview process with the people who will be using the system on a daily basis. Understanding their pain points and ways of working allows me to build a system designed specifically for them.
Customizable and adaptive.
Things change. The systems I build can always be adjusted for the new normal. Nothing is set in stone.
